The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the court below was justified in finding the Defendant guilty of the charge of aiding and abetting an offender among the facts charged in this case on its grounds as stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending

In addition, the argument that the court below erred in incomplete deliberation as to the unconstitutionality of the performance of official duties in the crime of special obstruction of performance of official duties, is not a legitimate ground for appeal, as alleged in the ground of appeal by the defendants.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
