Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

A From December 31, 2018 to January 11, 2019, after advertising the commercial sex trade with “C” on the Internet, a person who runs a commercial sex trade business by leasing the Seoul Mapo-gu building D and E, and Defendant B, employed by Defendant A as an employee during the said period, is a person employed by the said commercial sex trade business entity, and is disadvantageous to the head of the office that directly performs the commercial sex trade by connecting “C” with “S” and “F” to the place of commercial sex trade.

No one shall act as a broker for commercial sex acts, and shall not act as a broker for commercial sex acts, and shall receive or promise to receive money, valuables and other property benefits from unspecified persons, in return for the promise to do so, or become a partner thereof.

On January 11, 2019, the Defendants conspired with each other from December 31, 2018 to January 11, 2019, by receiving KRW 100,000 (basic KRW 80,000,000) from customers G, and providing guidance to the said entertainment business establishment, and by allowing F, who was waiting at the said place, to engage in a similar sexual intercourse that leads F to debrising the sexual organ of the said G by hand, and allowing F to do so.
