Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 18, 2014, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation made a public announcement (hereinafter “instant public announcement”) stating that the land for livelihood countermeasures in V districts is supplied (i.e., neighborhood commerce, neighborhood three block, number 1-1, number 3,875 square meters, size of a parcel 600 percent or less, supply price 26,970,000,000, and time when land can be used from September 2014; hereinafter “instant land”).
The main contents of the instant announcement are as follows.
1. Object of supply: A person who is selected as a object of supply of a site for countermeasures against housing site development projects and meets the requirements for the exercise of rights such as joining the association, etc. shall exercise the right of a person eligible for the supply of a site for livelihood countermeasures through an association that is voluntarily determined by the relevant persons,
There may be disadvantages that may be excluded from supply due to the absence of partnership or lack of partnership composition, etc. in the application period.
2. Methods of supply: A private contract with the cooperative composed of eligible suppliers;
