A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The defendant shall pay 1.8 million won to the applicant for compensation. The above compensation order shall be issued.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the convenience store for the victim C (Woo, 49 years of age)’s operations located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si; (b) opened and intruded into the victim’s storage room of the goods managed by the injured party by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) cut off with 180,000,000,000,000,000,000 won of the market price, including one copy of the No. 3333,00,000,000,000,000,000 won of the market price.
Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the room managed by the victim at night and stolen the property.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;
A. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) provided the Victim G (F) with alcohol and alcohol at H music practice place in the operation of the Victim G (F, 58 years old); (b) presented the Victim, who was the owner of the said main shop, as if he/she had been his/her own, the Defendant had the Victim pay 105,000 won of the alcohol value; (c) continuously, around the same day, around 23:22, the Defendant used the stolen physical card and acquired a total of KRW 116,000,000, by allowing the Victim to pay 11,000 won by the said method.
B. On June 7, 2018, the Defendant offered the Victim J (n, 68 years of age) with alcohol and alcohol at K amusement points in the operation of the Defendant at Jeju Island (n, 01:18, the Defendant continued to pay KRW 200,000 of the alcohol value by having the victim pay KRW 130,000 on the same day by having the victim pay KRW 130,000 in the same manner as at around 01:19, the Defendant used the stolen body card and acquired a total of KRW 330,000 property interest.
3. Attempted fraud.
A. On June 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received N amusement points in the operation of the Victim M (M, 49 years of age) in Jeju L on June 7, 2018; and (b) committed theft as described in paragraph (1) after being provided with alcohol, alcohol, etc.
