1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 2,00,000,000 as well as 15% per annum from November 16, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that runs the wholesale and retail business of building materials, construction business, construction sale business, etc., and the Defendant is a corporation that runs the supermarket business, real estate lease management business, etc.
B. On March 18, 2014, the original Defendant entered into a sales agency service contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with respect to the commercial buildings in “B discount sets” in “B discount sets” in “B” in “B” in “B” in “B” as follows.

2 The defendant shall pay in cash within three days from the date of deposit to the plaintiff.
C. The Plaintiff completed the sale of the commercial buildings in the “B discount line” under the instant contract, and the Defendant received total of KRW 3,590,000 from the buyer as the sale price.
The Plaintiff received a total of KRW 135,00,000 from April 2, 2014 to July 30, 2014 as service payment from the Defendant.
E. On December 2, 2014, the Plaintiff against the Defendant at the cost of providing services under the instant contract.
