Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 11, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license). On August 21, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of four million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).
On August 23, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 22:40 on August 23, 2014, driven a rocketing car at the section of about 3km from the front and rear door of the Jeju Island Elementary School at the Jeju City to the parking lot of the Jeju Folk Natural History Museum at Samsung 40 at the Jeju City.
