Defendant

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a representative of D’s D key store in Bupyeong-si, Busan, and is a user who run beauty and art business with two full-time workers until August 5, 2018. A.

Wages in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall be paid directly to workers in currency at least once a month on a fixed date.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the foregoing workplace from May 20, 2017 to July 18, 2019, between the parties to the agreement, KRW 304,200 and retirement allowance of KRW 3,317,929, in total, from August 2018 to December 2, 2018.
