A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Around 05:35 on February 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) went to and out of the house of the victim D (names, n, 50 years of age) located in Jinju-si, Jinju-si; (b) went to and out of the house of the victim; (c) opened a fire alarm system in front of the victim’s house; (d) opened the victim’s house door door door door, and (e) opened the victim’s house door and opened it out; and (e) opened the victim’s house, the Defendant was able to resist the victim’s house, and intruded into the victim’s sexual organ from the kitchen at that place; and (e) opened the victim’s house in front of and rear the victim’s house; and (e) opened the victim’s house in front of and rear the victim’s house; and (e) opened the victim’s house in front of and rear the victim’s armistice; and (e) opened the victim’s air back and rear.

The Defendant continued to spaw off the Defendant and spawn out of the house with the escape of the victim, leaving the body in the vicinity of the front of the victim’s house, and spawned the Defendant’s sexual organ in the turb before and after the victim’s sexual organ, and spawned the Defendant’s sexual organ in the front and rear.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.
