Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2014, at around 23:11, the Defendant, with Chinese nationality, obstructed the victim’s duty of taxi operation by force, such as getting on the victim’s D taxi in his/her own hand, kiding off his/her home in his/her opening line, and kiding him/her into his/her right line, when he/she was denied from the victim, and he/she was able to see that he/she was able to go on the victim’s D taxi in his/her opening line.
