[Criminal Power] On July 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Changwon District Court on March 13, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on March 13, 2018.

1. Crimes against the victim B;
A. At around 14:00 on February 2019, the Defendant, who was under the influence of the Victim B (the 20-year-old) in front of the Jinju-si Da apartment, was drunk on the street store operated by the Defendant, and was asked for the payment of the price from the victim when intending to bring about her fright and her fright in the street store, and was asked to pay the price from the victim. A. On March 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to take a capital reduction displayed on the street by the victim E (here, 80 years of age) in the alleyway adjacent to G elementary school located in Jinju-si, 09:00; and (b) expressed the victim’s desire to pay the price from the victim under the influence of alcohol; and (c) expressed the victim’s desire to “I am down to the right right angle of this weather.”
