1. There is no obligation of the Plaintiff to pay damages to the Defendant regarding the traffic accident stated in the attached Form.

1. Basic facts

가. 피고는 2012. 11. 16. 22:00경 E 차량(이하 ‘피고 차량’이라 한다)을 운전하여 구미시 F에 있는 G 앞 도로를 샛별주유소 방면에서 제2구미교 방면으로 편도 2차로의 2차로를 따라 진행하던 중 빗길에 미끄러지면서 피고 차량의 좌측 앞, 뒤 문짝 부분으로 진행방향 우측의 2차로 갓길 끝 부분에 정차되어 있던 원고 소유의 H 차량(이하 ‘원고 차량’이라 한다)의 좌측 뒤 범퍼 부분을 충격함으로써 상해를 입었다

2. The assertion and judgment

A.
