1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,681,090 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from May 2, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. The fact that the Plaintiff supplied cement equivalent to KRW 27,681,090 in total to the Defendant from March 11, 2013 to November 11, 2014 is not a dispute between the parties, and the Plaintiff has received KRW 1,00,000 out of cement proceeds from the Defendant.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay 15% per annum from May 2, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, as well as damages for delay calculated by the rate of 26,681,090 won, which the Plaintiff seeks after the last supply date, to the Plaintiff.
2. The plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of its reasoning.
