Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a bicycle on duty.

On June 16, 2020, the Defendant driven a bicycle around 06:20, and got into the intersection where traffic control is not being performed while driving a bicycle under the direction of 52 eth-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at night, a 1-ro, a 52-ro, a ethro-ro, in the direction of a ethrade from the ethic-ro, a ethic-ro.g.,
