A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months in prison due to fraud, etc. at the Daejeon District Court, which became final and conclusive on the same day, and was serving in prisons at the present Daejeon District Court from around 2007 with the trade name of “B,” etc., and, on the wind that, from around 2015, the Defendant was unable to receive the interior work due to the interior work from around 400 million won, and the Defendant continued to perform the interior work in the form of a prompt repayment of the existing debt upon receipt of the payment for the construction work.

1. Around July 1, 2015, the Defendant against the victim C made a false statement to the victim C that “The Defendant would pay the construction cost within a month when installing Aluminst trading in order to construct a shopping mall in front of the Daejeon F apartment,” at the Daejeon Sung-gu D building, and the “B” office in subparagraph E.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price normally even if the victim had the victim work normally due to the above circumstances.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim do construction work equivalent to KRW 1.32 million around that time, and had the victim do so from that time through the same method until September 10, 2016, and had the victim perform construction work equivalent to KRW 2,3460,00 in total on six occasions as indicated in the attached Table Nos. 1 to 6 of the Crimes List No. 2016, Sept. 10, 2016.

2. On February 2017, the criminal defendant against the victim G said that at the Daejeon P Building, the office of “B,” located under subparagraph (e), the victim G said that “I will pay the cost of construction within one month for the construction of metal facilities, such as a half-way watch, in the city of Cheongju.”

However, all facts are that the victim has been involved in the work.
