1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On June 19, 2016, the Defendant operated the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.107% in blood without obtaining a driver’s license on June 19, 2016, and proceeded to turn to the left at the speed of about 20 km from the front side of the D cafeteria located in the Gancheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun C by driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.107% in blood.

The Defendant was negligent in neglecting to do so in the front state without a license or drinking, and the Defendant received the part of the Fwing-on trucking part in front of the right-hand part of the freight vehicle, which was driven by the Victim E (46 Do) driving on the left-hand side of Macheon-do in the direction of the course, as the front part of the car of the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, injury to the victim G (50) accompanied by the above E, the foregoing victim H (54 ), the same victim I (39 ) and the same victim J (54 ) for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (Dless Driving) on the date and time limit set forth in the above 1.1. The Defendant driven the automobiles listed in the above 1. paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.107% without obtaining the vehicle driver’s license from approximately 500 meters away from the Defendant’s place of residence to the intersection of D cafeteria in front of D cafeteria located in C, Y-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun.
