1. At the same time, the defendant delivered D Apartment Nos. 1015, 1401 from the plaintiffs in Pakistan-si, and at the same time, 150,000 to the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 7, 2013, the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Defendant and the Defendant, 160,000,000, and the lease period from October 23, 2013 to October 22, 2015, with respect to D Apartment 1015, 1401 (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

B. Under the instant lease agreement, if the Plaintiffs paid KRW 160,00,000 to the Plaintiffs for the following special terms, the Defendant agreed to register the modification of the establishment of a mortgage consisting of KRW 120,000,000 with the maximum debt amount of the creditor Han Bank established in the instant building at KRW 64,00,000,000.

[Matters] - The amount of a loan for the indemnity of a certified copy of the registry is KRW 120,000,000 with the maximum debt amount of one bank, and the lessor shall register the loan with the amount of KRW 120,000 with the actual loan funds until the remainder.

-The lessee agrees to obtain a loan of deposit money.

C. By October 23, 2013, the agreed payment date of the remainder, the Defendant failed to repay part of the loans that amount to 64,000,000 won. Accordingly, if the Defendant and the Plaintiffs paid 150,000,000 won for a group of lease deposits, the Defendant shall repay a partial loan and reduce the actual loan amount to 84,00,000 won. By February 28, 2014, the Plaintiffs paid the remainder of 10,000 won, the Defendant shall reduce the above loan obligations to 64,00,000 won. However, even though the Plaintiffs were to pay 64,00,000 won, the Plaintiffs did not actually pay 150,000 won for a loan (i.e., the Defendant’s loan obligations to 60,000 won, but the Plaintiffs did not pay 10,000 won for a loan to 00,000 won.
