The Defendant is a person who drives a multi-user car as his/her duties.

On February 2, 2016, around 06:40 on around 06:40, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle with approximately 2 km water level of about 0.081% during blood alcohol level from the front side of Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu City to the front side of Dong-gu, Daegu City, which is located in the same Gu-dong.
