A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a new witness, a witness, and a person subject to enlistment in active duty service.

On November 17, 2014, at the defendant's house located in Echeon-si B and 101 Dong 201, the Defendant failed to enlist in the army on December 15, 2014, without justifiable grounds, by December 18, 2014, when the Defendant was delivered a notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the Incheon regional military manpower office to enlistment in the Army Training Center located in Etha-si, Seocheon-si, Incheon Metropolitan City on December 15, 2014, by December 18, 2014.
