Punishment of the crime

Around July 2014, the defendant received a proposal from D, the actual operator of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and " will pay the representative director in the name of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., in KRW 2.5 million per month, and will be subscribed to four insurance."
