Punishment of the crime

around September 10, 2015, the Defendant leased and operated the F (hereinafter “instant building”) in Ansan-si C, D, and E as a restaurant in China from October 14, 2015 to October 14, 2017, and was willing to receive fire insurance money by 141 million won in the instant building among those not operating a business at the end of March 2016, the Defendant intended to receive fire insurance money through G, the wife’s wife’s husband’s wife’s wife’s wife’s wife’s wife’s wife’s wife’s wife’s vehicle to avoid tracking the tracking of the investigation agency, and planned to operate Alsch Rex in the instant building by attaching the fire to G, around October 20, 2016, he/she operated the instant building under the name of G and G in the name of G around October 20.

On April 11, 2016, the Defendant, along with G on April 1, 2016, entered the “E” into a restaurant where H works as an employee, with H’s employee, and used the said high-speed car in the H’s name, thereby driving the said high-speed car, and reached the instant building at around 19:29 on the same day through the U.S.IC located in the U.S. P. Si/S., the 19:29 on the same day.

On April 11, 2016, from around 20:45 to 22:00, the Defendant: (a) was installed to spread the fire in the instant building by an influencing method after dusting the oil inside the kitchen and the hole inside the restaurant; and (b) around 01:26 on April 12, 2016, the Defendant had a flucing restaurant board with a influent length attached to the oil, and an internal passage displayed on the whole inside the building.

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed the building of this case owned by B.
