A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2017 Highest 1387" shall interfere with the performance of duties of a railroad worker by violence or intimidation.

Nevertheless, on September 3, 2017, around 17:48, the Defendant: (a) asked the part of the shoulder of the Victim E (M, 26 years old), a railroad crew member, who had been guiding passengers at a place located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on a hand; (b) sees the phrase “Y, B, and B,” “I, I, am, I, am, I, am, am, and I, am, I, am to the victim, “I, after the test was conducted in order to do so.”
