A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2012, the Defendant driven a blood alcohol 0.198% while under the influence of alcohol on October 6, 2012, the Defendant caused a traffic accident that caused the Defendant’s driver’s car’s car’s car’s car driving in the direction of 0.198% by driving the B T-L car and driving the 290km point on the coastn Highway located north-west of Pyeongtaek-si, Seo-gu, Seoul, along the three-lane Seoul, at the right angle.

Nevertheless, the defendant escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victims.
