1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, fifty thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2012, around 22:10 on August 15, 2012, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle on the front of the Defendant’s residence in Kimhae-si, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license in approximately 2 km section, from around C89:0:0 to the annual branch office located in Kimhae-si.
