A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2017, at around 06:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s desire to take the victim’s hair while walking in the future with the victim D (31) who is an employee of the film department after X-ray shooting, in front of C Hospital’s home room located in Macheon-gun B, Gohap-gun, 2017.

2. At the time and place set forth in the above Paragraph 1, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s duties by force, such as assaulting the victim D as described in the above Paragraph 1, and booming the patient’s employees at the hospital, who prevented such assaulting, booming the victim D with the large interest of “Iskin and chron gue,” thereby obstructing the victim’s duties by force.

3. No person in violation of laws on emergency medical services and who has injured persons shall interfere with rescue transfer, emergency treatment or medical treatment of emergency patients by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat or others;

Nevertheless, at around 06:30 on July 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed, while under the influence of alcohol, the victim E (the 45 years of age), who is the chief of the above hospital, in an emergency room for the C Hospital located in Gohap-gun B, 2017, the Defendant abused the victim to interfere with the victim’s treatment of the emergency patient by assaulting the victim, such as “at one time a part of the victim’s face, and multiple times a part of the victim’s face.” At the same time, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s treatment of the emergency patient, and at the same time, damaged the victim’s face that needs to be treated for about two weeks.
