On April 30, 2010, a defendant and a requester for an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") were sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims thereof, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 14, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 13, 2013, the defrauded: (a) around 21:00, the victim C was in the E entertainment tavern managed by Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; and (b) the facts were in the absence of the intent or ability to pay the drinking value even after drinking, and (c) the Defendant ordered drinking as if he would pay the price to the victim; and (d) was provided by the victim, namely, the 4.90,00 won at the market price.
2.
