1. Of the instant lawsuit, the information listed in paragraphs 1 through 7 of the Attached List 1 and the information listed in paragraph 10 of the Attached List 1.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 25, 2016, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for the disclosure of information listed in attached Table 1.

B. On May 4, 2016, the Defendant notified that the period for decision on whether to disclose information should be extended to May 20, 2016 pursuant to Article 11(2) of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “the Act”). On May 20, 2016, the Defendant rendered a decision not to disclose information for the following reasons (hereinafter “instant disposition”), and the said disposition reached the Plaintiff on May 23, 2016.

From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, the contents of the decision on the contents of the information set forth in the table of order 1 to December 31, 2015, including all documents related to the cost of carrying out the duties of the head of the original correctional institution, the head of the general affairs division, the head of the security division, the head of the welfare division, the director of the medical care division, the director of the vocational training division, the director of the vocational training division, the detailed statement of the budget execution, the payment resolution, the daily meeting adjustment division, the cash receipt book, and other similar documents, and the tax invoice, account statement, credit card sales statement, credit card sales slip, receipts, and the report prepared by the public official in charge, and all other similar documents related to the above expenditure (the expenses of the head of the agency and all kinds of documentary evidence of each type). The detailed statement of the budget execution department, the detailed statement on all kinds of documents related to the disbursement of the budget, the statement of accounts, receipts and disbursements, and other similar documents related to the cash disbursement statement, three cash disbursement statement, and other documents.
