Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 24, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Incheon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

Around 03:30 on August 30, 2020, the Defendant driven a e-mail car from the “C” parking lot located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon to the front road of the same Gu to approximately 500 meters of blood alcohol concentration of about 0.064%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

Unfavorable circumstances: The defendant, even though he had a record of being punished for a drunk driving, has re-driving a motor vehicle, and caused danger on the road by diving while driving.

The favorable circumstances: The degree of blood alcohol concentration measured is low, and there is no power to commit any crime other than the above crimes.
