The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000 (one million), but if the above fine is not paid, KRW 100,000 (one day) shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won by the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on June 11, 2007 and a fine of 1.5 million won by the same court on April 24, 2009.

At around 14:40 on August 5, 2016, the Defendant driven a B Ⅲ truck in the section B from approximately 4-5 meters to the road front of the galleg located in the gyeongyang-gun of the Yanyang-gun in the Changyang-gun of the Republic of Korea, under the influence of alcohol by 0.092% of blood alcohol content.
