A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Each request for compensation order shall be dismissed by the applicants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 14, 2017, the Defendant, along with E, inserted a letter with E, stating that “The Defendant shall sell an item” on the Internet Nene G car page and on the bulletin board of the place where the Defendant had access to the Internet Nene G car page, and that E would send money to the victim H who reported and contacted the above notice to the victim H.

However, even if the defendant and E receive the price from the injured party, they did not have the intention or ability to send the item to the injured party.

In collusion with I, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and receiving 2.60,000 won from the victim for the same day on the same day, acquired 3,023,700 won from the victims over 20 occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.

2. The Defendant, “2017 Highest 2830,” 2017, hereinafter the Defendant, on the ground that the Victim J was in the possession of himself and attempted to defraud the game items, was infinite as if he sold the game items to the Victim J, and was infinite by receiving the game items by pretending that he would have paid the price.

On November 13, 2016, at around 21:40, the Defendant told the victim L, the owner of the game item, that he/she would purchase ice in the amount of KRW 2.50,00,00, by accessing the online game G in the cam room located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, and that he/she would sell 46,00,000 if he/she remitted it to the account designating 2.50,000 won.”

However, the defendant did not have an intent to pay money even if he received L games items from the victim, and the victim J did not have an intention or ability to sell well 46 game items.

The defendant, in this context, 2.50,00 won of the market price of the victim L, was flicked by the game item Schlage, and the victim J transferred 2.50,000 won to the victim L account.
