Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiffs were married, and they were divorced around 2008.
Defendant C is the husband of Plaintiff B, who is the husband of Plaintiff C, and Defendant D is the Defendant C’s punishment.
B. According to the evidence evidence No. 5, a sum of KRW 2350,000,000 for 17 times from September 17, 2009 to October 23, 2009, the No. 1600,000 won for 19,000 won for each of the 17th accounts in the Plaintiff’s name and September 21, 2009; and KRW 18 million for 9,000,000 for 9,000,000 for 9,000,000 for 9,9,000,000 won for 2.1,9,000 on September 28, 2009; and KRW 2,000,000 for 9,000,000 for 9,000 for 9,000 won for 20,000 won for each of the 9,2009.
From October 5, 2009 to October 27, 2009, KRW 230 million was deposited in cash at 11 times in the new bank account under the name of the defendant C, which is adjacent to the above period. The considerable portion of the deposited money was immediately transferred to E or the defendant D, respectively.
According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 6, KRW 80 million on October 5, 2009, KRW 5 million on October 5, 2009, and KRW 5 million on October 9, 2009, respectively, was transferred to E; KRW 9 million on October 12, 2009; KRW 9 million on October 13, 2009; and KRW 8 million on October 14, 2009; KRW 9 million on October 14, 2009; KRW 7 million on October 14, 2009; KRW 2 million on October 14, 2009; and KRW 9 million on October 14, 2009; and KRW 7 million on October 18, 2009; and KRW 9 million on September 16, 200, respectively; and KRW 9 million on September 16, 2009.
C. Plaintiff B pays to Defendant D a total of KRW 330 million, including KRW 150 million on March 4, 2010, KRW 180 million on March 18, 2010, KRW 80 million on April 27, 2010, and KRW 330 million on April 29, 2010, KRW 50 million on April 29, 2010.
