The defendant shall be innocent.

Some of the facts charged in the instant case were corrected.

The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle called C white.

On February 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:25, and proceeded along three lanes in front of the bus stop located in the Nampo-dong, Nampo-gu, Busan, and changed the way to the right-hand four-lane, and thereby, the Defendant threatened the victim by carrying the above vehicle, which is dangerous goods at approximately 320 meters at the entrance of the bridge at the right-hand side of the victim D (48 cc) driving along the four-lane from the right-hand side of the traffic of the victim D(48 cc) where the vehicle was in operation along the four-lanes, and made a warning.

Judgment

According to the evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court, the fact that the defendant driving a vehicle as stated in the facts charged and thereby obstructing the progress of the damaged vehicle is recognized.

However, the record reveals the following circumstances.

① The Defendant was waiting for a female-friendly vehicle F in the vicinity of the bus stop, and stated to the effect that F was waiting for a bus stop located near the bus stop, and that F was waiting for a bus stop located near the F and the two stops, and that F was proceeding as a bus stop for a “Yedo Crossing” bus stop at the front of the damaged vehicle in order to meet the arrival time, while regulating the speed in front of the damaged vehicle, and that in the process, F and continuous conversations interfered with the progress of the damaged vehicle as described in the facts charged, and there was no intention to threaten the damaged vehicle.

② In fact, the Defendant continued to have been in currency with F at the time of driving as stated in the facts charged, and was in a state of waiting at the bus stops “Yando Crossing”.

In the course of the examination of black images conducted by this Court, the accused is a woman on board a damaged vehicle.
