A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report that the Defendant did not pay the drinking value from Pyeongtaek-si B; and (b) received a request from D (35 years of age) and E (27 years of age) a police officer belonging to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station C District of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station, which was called “Whobbb sing down to her seat” from the Defendant, and repeated the phrase “Whob sing down to her seat,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes by assaulting the victims by means of drinking their face.

2. The Defendant’s insult at the above time, time, and place, and on the ground that the police officers called the Defendant not to speak against the Defendant, the victim D, a police officer belonging to the said district group, and the same E, on the place where the police officers stand in singing the Defendant’s name.
