Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. In around 2012, the Defendant converted a forest into a mountainous district without obtaining permission for conversion of a mountainous district, by cutting and shoting the slope of mountain, using a scood gun, and thereby converting the forest into a mountainous district.

2. In around 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut the slope of a mountain by using a digging hole in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun; (b) cut 30 standing trees, cut down and flating them; and (c) converted a forest into a mountainous district without obtaining permission for conversion of a mountainous district.
