A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in a nurse room in Daejeon-gu Hospital located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, around 23:08 to 23:32 on April 17, 2017; and (b) was intruded with the entrance door of the first floor that was not corrected; and (c) was colored inside the building, such as a nurse room, in order to steals clothes, but was not discovered.

From April 2, 2017 to October 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the first floor door of the building in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) cut off female pantyty market value of KRW 80,000, which the victim E opened in the 5th floor promptly with the 80,000 square meters of the 5th floor space; and (c) was cut off, as in the attached crime list (even at night, thief). From around October 2017 to around October 2017, the Defendant invaded into the other’s residence at night, and cut off the clothes of KRW 1,060,00 in total at the market price.

Around 15:00, around 15:00: (a) opened and intrudes a gate which has not been corrected at the domicile of Daejeon Seo-gu F and the second floor victim G, and then cut up to the second floor, with a head of the victim’s panty in an amount equivalent to KRW 20,000, the market price of which is set up in the front of the 15:00 square meters, and thefts the victim’s house more than five times from April 2017 to October 20, as in the attached crime inundation, and cut off a female-use clothes in an amount equivalent to a total market price of KRW 4.30,00.
