1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 18, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The statutory interest rate is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 due to the enforcement of the Regulations on Legal Interest Rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was partially dismissed on May 21, 2019. Therefore, the part claiming damages for delay exceeding the scope is dismissed.
