Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 1742"
1. On August 9, 2014, the fraud Defendant made a false statement to the victim that the victim C would purchase a new call on the Internet Neneber “Sena” camera, and that the victim would contact the victim with the victim, thereby sending Accenture Accent.

2. Larceny;
A. On September 6, 2014, around 05:39, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the cash of KRW 551,00,00 in cash owned by the victim E, who had been kept in his/her custody, while working as an employee at the F convenience point for the operation of the victim E in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) had been 551,000 in cash owned by the victim while working as an employee.
B. On September 24, 2014, at around 03:00, the Defendant opened a door that was parked by the victim H on the street of the Dacheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, 14-gil, and Hysung-do, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s possession of one passbook, four new bank cards, five new bank passbook, five new bank passbook, five company bank passbook, two corporate bank passbook, three keys, three house keys, and one thousand won per page.
C. On October 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 05:16, the sum of the cash 140,000 won owned by the Victim L, who is a business owner, located in the Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) the cash 1,40,000 won owned by the Victim L, who is a business owner, in the KPC bank; and (c) 1,000,000 won of the market price.
