1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 14, 1995, the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the Plaintiff”) who owns the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 33 square meters (hereinafter “1 square meters”) and D large 36 square meters (hereinafter “2 square meters”) owned E and F large 40 square meters (hereinafter “3 square meters”) were newly constructed on the above land, and the registration of ownership preservation was made on November 15, 1995 as to the building listed in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “the instant building”).

B. The Plaintiff, E, and G agreed that the instant building is a building of the first floor and the fourth floor above the ground, and that the share of each of the above buildings and the share of the above buildings shall be adjusted, and that the share of 1/5 of the above buildings and the part corresponding to 1/5 of each of the above buildings shall be jointly owned by sectional ownership in a way of completing the registration of ownership transfer for
