Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.50,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2009, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00, at the C parking lot located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) caused the neighbors to spawn by excessively increasing sound, such as musical instruments, radio, television, electric shock, bell, loudspeaker, electrical motor, etc.; and (c) caused neighbors to spawn by singing or singing in a large amount;

Around 12:00 on April 14, 2009, the Defendant, without justifiable grounds, obstructed others, annoyed, or diseasyed by a speech or behavior, standing around, gathering around, following, or uttering very rough and menacing, in front of the Eriju station in Gwangju-gu, Nam-gu, without a justifiable reason.
