Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
On December 26, 2012, the defendant of the crime history room (defendant A) 2014Hun-Ma631, "The defendant of the crime room (defendant A)" made a false statement that "No money is paid to the victim of the "J store operated by the victim I in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul residents' center" that "I will permit the remodeling of the hotel in Bupyeong-gu and pay 30 million won for the construction performance guarantee" to the victim. If I lend money, I would like to lend money, the interest will be paid monthly, and the principal will be returned after two months, and the name of Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, which is currently residing in the Republic of Korea, will be the mother of Korea, but if I did not pay the money within the agreed time limit, I would sell the house and pay it."
However, in fact, the defendant did not have to receive a contract for remodeling of the hotel in the ceiling, and since the defendant was not the actual owner of the above KK house, even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the money by selling the above house if he did not pay the interest and principal, or cannot pay the money within the deadline.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received money from the victim on December 27, 2012, and acquired money from the victim.
"2014 Highest 2025"
1. 피고인은 2012. 7. 11.경부터 피해자 L에게 수시로 연락하여 하이트맥주 매장 인테리어 공사를 주겠다고 하여 피해자의 환심을 산 뒤, 피해자와 수시로 연락을 하던 중 2012. 11. 중순경 피해자에게 ‘M 대표 B이 호텔 공사를 땄는데, 3,000만 원만 주면 공사의 반을 주겠다고 한다’고 거짓말을 하였다.
At around 19:00 on December 18, 2012, the Defendant, along with B, ordered the victim to take part in the modern department stores located in the Changcheon-dong Seoul Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and B to take part in the construction project and the entire remodeling project of the building, including the extension of the 12th floor in the 15th floor.
The 300 billion foot construction is 30 billion won, 1.5 billion won per note.
