A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the National Sports Promotion Act shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win up sports promotion betting tickets issued by persons, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or entrusted business entities, or those who win up the results of sports promotion betting tickets or similar;
On October 19, 2015, the Defendant received a proposal for attracting members from the operators of "B" ("C") and "D', which is a sports earth site, to conduct publicity of the above site and to recruit members. From October 20, 2015 to July 18, 2018, the Defendant paid 14 members who joined the above site through the Defendant and paid 394,178,000 won in total to the account designated by the operator of the above site, and then predicted the failure of various domestic and overseas games, such as farming district, stable, and camping district, and paid 00 won to 5,000 to 10,000 to 100,000 won, and paid 00 won in total to 30,000 won to the members and paid 10,000 won to the members and paid 10,000 won in total, and 10,000 won in total, and 30,000 won in total to the members.
2. After paying KRW 62,098,750 over a total of 335 times, such as the entry, attached Form B - the game money in which the Defendant deposited KRW 62,098,750 through a total of 335 times, such as the sports money in Korea and abroad, and predicted the winning of the sports games, such as the stable, the deaf-gu, and the camping.
