Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 17:21, 2012, the Defendant was found to have violated the signal and received a driver’s license from a slope belonging to the traffic control department of the Jinjin Police Station, while driving a DNA SM7 vehicle on the front side of the Ook-dong, Jinjin-si.

The defendant, who was in possession, presented a first-class ordinary driver's license to the witness F under the name of the chief of the Chungcheong Police Agency, which is an official document, and illegally held the official document by presenting it as the defendant's driver's license to the defendant.

2. When the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, the Defendant driven the said vehicle around 20 km from the vicinity of the Chong-gu Chyeong-gu in the Siljin-si to the front of the Jinjin-dong in the Siljin-dong.

3. The defendant is a person who drives a D-car in violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license).

On September 06, 2012, the Defendant driving the said vehicle around 40 km from the front of the Hanjin-gu Hanjin-gu, Hanjin-gu, Songjin-gu to the front of the Hanjin-gu, Hanjin-gu, Hanjin-gu, Hanjin-gu, Hanjin-gu without obtaining the driver’s license around 06:10.
