On December 10, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 19 million from J from I located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and transferred the certificate of comprehensive housing subscription savings in the name of the Defendant whose amount of KRW 9 million is accumulated to the said person.
