1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 21,451,650 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Plaintiff’s counterclaim from December 22, 2015 to June 20, 2018.

(2) The Defendant presented to the Plaintiff, on September 2, 2015, the amount of KRW 2.5 million with the advance contract deposit, KRW 5 million with the design design and work progress cost on the 15th of the same month, and KRW 7.5 million with the intermediate payment and the remainder on October 7, 2015, and KRW 1.5 million with the value-added tax (total of KRW 16.5 million).

C. On October 17, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for a construction project that implements design proposals and design supervision and construction supervision for the nine guest rooms of the Defendant and the instant building on October 17, 2015 (hereinafter “instant contract”).

Upon the conclusion of the contract, the payment method and period of construction are as follows.* The payment method of the design cost shall be 5 million won (excluding value-added tax); the payment method shall be 2.5 million won, 50 million won, 30%, 1.5 million won, 30%, and 20%, and 1.5 million won, in total, after the submission of a material proposal plan, shall be 1.5 million won, and the amount shall be 15 million won (excluding value-added tax) from October 3, 2015 to December 20, 2015; the payment method of the above amount shall be 1.5 million won, 1.5 million won, 2.5 million won, 1.5 million won, 2.5 million won, and 1.5 million won, 2.5 million won, each of the above payment method shall be 1.5 million won, 1.5 million won, 2.5 million won, and 1.5 million won, 25 million won, 25.5 million won, respectively, respectively, and 1.5 million won, 1.5 million won, respectively.

6. Each payment was made in 2 million won.
