A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant against B who made an application for compensation shall be KRW 1,345,00 and KRW 3,00.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while misrepresenting to the employees of financial institutions or investigative agencies, contacted the victims to the effect that “it is possible to grant additional loans when repaying existing loans” or “it is necessary to verify whether illegal loans have been granted.” After deceiving the victims as if the victims were to receive loans from the victims for the repayment of existing loans or for the verification of credit rates, he sent the forged private documents under the name of financial institutions to the effect that the victims will confirm the victims’ existing loans, etc. through the Kakakao Stockholm and the telegram, and sent them to the victims, and then the Defendant printed out them at a specific place and sent them to the victims, and presented the falsified documents printed out as above, and then, the Defendant instructed the victims to deposit them into a specific account in one million won with personal information of those who were informed of the amount received. The Defendant, upon receiving instructions from the victims, presented the forged documents, and received them in sequence from the victims, and received them in return for five percent of the amount.

On May 12, 2020, when a named person referred to as D employee and repaid the existing loans to victim E, he/she is able to lend up to KRW 56 million at an interest rate of 8.6%. He/she directly sent the existing loans to us in cash.

According to the above public offering, the Defendant: (a) received cash 18.1 million won from the injured party to the name in front of the Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) received money from the injured party from the neighboring bank during the period from 17:00 to 18:00 on the same day; and (c) received money from the injured party from the neighboring bank.
