A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on May 29, 2012, a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for the same crime from the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court.

On December 27, 2015, the Defendant driven B K7 motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.094% from the pre-road of the home flusium located in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu (Seoul-gu) to the pre-road of call discounts located in approximately 406 square rithro of the same Gu to the pre-road of call discounts 406.
