Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than a dentist, who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes, shall engage in dental services for profit-making purposes;
Nevertheless, on April 2014, the Defendant received a request from a neighboring Party C to manufacture a mold from a neighboring Party C, and made a mold by breaking up the flaging materials for dental use into the ging of C in Busan Northern-gu D, 705 Dong 1304, and then received 1750,000 won in return.
Accordingly, although the defendant is not a dentist, the defendant was engaged in dental treatment for profit.
2. On July 1, 2014, around 16:30, the injured Defendant found the victim C (Namnam and 62 years old) house located in Busan Northern-gu, 705 Dong 1304, 1304, and had the victim manufactured the mold as stated in paragraph 1 from the Defendant, and did not fit the mold and did not comply with it, and therefore, the Defendant was refunded KRW 1.65,000 out of the Defendant’s living together with the Defendant’s face on two occasions, with the victim’s face on which the number of treatment days cannot be known.
3. On the same day, the victim C was present at the Geumdong Police Station of Busan on the same day and stated on the facts of injury under paragraph (2) and the act of unlicensed dental treatment under paragraph (1).
