Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving B K7 cars.

On August 21, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.108% in blood alcohol concentration on August 13:30, 2018, and the Defendant was driving the said two-lane road near the Seosan-si Plam reservoir 1085-4 in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, and driven the said vehicle along the one-lane direction in the direction of running from Seosan-si.
