A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 18, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven a vehicle in front of the Young-gu, Busan, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.142% under the influence of alcohol, and proceeded along three-lanes between the four-lanes in the direction of the Yellow-gu tunnels.
