A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person discharged from military service on July 27, 2019 after serving in the sixth Brigade B of the Marine Corps in Incheon Metropolitan City, who is a victim C (21 years of age), victim D (21 years of age), victim E (23 years of age), victim F (20 years of age), victim G (21 years of age), victim H (22 years of age), and a person who is a person who is a person with the same military unit as at the time of military service.

1. Injury;

A. On June 8, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on June 23, 2019, caused the victim F to have repulmone rapidly at least 20 times in a state where the victim F was boomed with her nose and with her f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s

B. On June 2019, the Defendant: (a) cuted the victim G in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph at the same place as that of the preceding paragraph, and inflicted an injury on the number of days of treatment.

2. Cruel acts of exerting power;

A. On February 10, 2019, at the same place as the new wall border, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim’s party watch room on the ground that the victim F was relieved of sleep on the passenger ship on the following day; (b) took a television view, and (c) committed an harsh act by exercising power, such as: (a) preventing the victim from divinging from 03:00 to 04:00 on the same day by using force; and (b) preventing him/her from diving on the ground that he/she was deprived of diving on the passenger ship; and (c) allowing him/her to take a television view of whether he/she was dupliced by the victim; and (d) allowing him/her to take a bath, i.e., she was duplicated

B. On March 2019, the Defendant committed a harsh act against the victim by exercising power, such as, on the ground that the victim E was locked first, on the ground that he was locked, at the same place as the lower new wall border, the Defendant was unable to do so. As an appointed soldier, the Defendant committed a harsh act against the victim by force.
