A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine in the same court on November 26, 2010.

At around 20:20 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant driven Category Bless Motor Vehicle at the section of approximately 1 km from the front of the sking box, which was located in the king of king, to the front of the sking box in front of the sking box, 618-2, under the influence of alcohol content 0.12% of blood alcohol content.
